Not sure who exactly I talked to in Miami store but I had debit card issue, ended up my fault but initially I started getting perterbed.. employee was very patient with me, understanding of my concern, and very professiona l in dealing with me all the while helping me understand it wasn't their fault lol. I appreciate the excellent service and should be recognized.

I stopped into Bass Pro Shops and ended up wandering around longer than I planned. There’s so much to look at, from outdoor gear to fishing and camping supplies, and the store has a fun, outdoorsy feel even if you’re just browsing. It’s a great spot when I want to pick up something useful or just get inspired for the next trip.

Most people don’t realize this about Bass Pro Shops at Dolphin Mall… it’s much more than just a store for fishing and outdoor gear. Walking inside feels like entering a completely different experience. You can find fishing equipment, outdoor essentials, unique gifts, clothing, accessories, and so many interesting items that make you want to explore every corner. What makes this place special is the atmosphere — it’s not just about shopping, it’s about discovering something new. Whether you love outdoor activities or simply enjoy visiting places that are different and memorable, this location is definitely worth experiencing. A unique stop at Dolphin Mall that offers much more than people expect.

The Aquatic Outpost of the South 🐟 Having visited countless Bass Pro stores across the northern systems of the galaxy — where mighty moose, noble wolves, and proud deer reign supreme — this Florida outpost was a refreshing twist in the Force! Here, instead of antlers and alpine lodges, you’re greeted by marlins, swordfish, and coral reefs swirling overhead. The décor feels like stepping into an underwater Jedi temple — complete with glowing schools of fish, manta rays gliding along the walls, and even a massive shark guarding the entrance like a deep-sea sentinel. 🎣 What I Liked Most The aquatic theme was immersive and unique — a true salute to Florida’s coastal spirit. The ceiling displays and murals are some of the most creative I’ve seen in any Bass Pro location. Still has all the outdoor essentials — from rods and reels to ATVs and boats — but with that coastal flair that sets it apart. 🐠 Final Verdict A must-visit for any outdoor adventurer or traveler exploring the southern territories. Even if you’ve seen a hundred Bass Pros, this one stands out like a tropical planet among pine forests. The Force is strong with this one… just mind the sharks! 🦈

Went on a Sunday at about 1pm. Store wasn’t too full and staff was friendly and helpful. Bass Pro Shops is truly an experience, not just a store! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with incredible displays that make you feel like you’ve stepped into the great outdoors. The selection is unmatched—whether it’s fishing, boating, hunting, or camping gear, they have absolutely everything you could need in one place. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help find the right product or answer questions. What I love most is how well-organized everything is, making it easy to shop without feeling overwhelmed. On top of that, the store has a family-friendly atmosphere with aquariums, outdoor-themed décor, and even fun activities for kids. It’s more than shopping—it’s a destination. If you’re passionate about the outdoors, Bass Pro Shops is hands down the best place to go. Highly recommend!
